Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. By completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by that processor’s terms and privacy policies as well.

Due to the personalized nature of our coaching and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing (for example, in a promotional “Money-Back Mayhem Challenge” agreement).
Any refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to omega@fitemancipation.com and will be reviewed case-by-case at our sole discretion.

By enrolling in any Fitness Emancipation program, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your participation and results.
   

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, strength gain, or other measurable results — your progress depends on your personal consistency and effort.

All materials on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and program materials — are the intellectual property of Omega Fit 4 Life LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without written permission.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

By participating in any Fitness Emancipation program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
